Be the business the answer names.
Buyers ask Google or ChatGPT before they ask you, and the answer already names somebody. The job is making sure it is you.

Real searches in the United States for a massage studio, measured by DataForSEO in September 2026. Other businesses' names are left out.
It has to name a need.
Most of what people search is noise to you. A question has to say what the buyer needs, not only the subject, or it gets no page.
- massage near meNames the subject, not a need 5,000,000 a month
- massageNames the subject, not a need 2,740,000 a month
- sports bar near meNot the subject at all 1,220,000 a month
- gas station open near meNot the subject at all 368,000 a month
And a page has to answer it.
A product you do not sell has nothing behind it. A search ending in 'near me' is answered by your Business Profile, not by an article.
- massage foot massagerA product you do not sell 165,000 a month
- deep tissue massage near meAnswered by your profile, not a page 49,500 a month
- prenatal massage near meAnswered by your profile, not a page 40,500 a month
What is left is worth writing for.
Every one arrived with its demand attached, measured before a word was written. Each becomes a draft in your portal, and waits for you to approve it.

The report was full of rankings. The enquiries were not in it.
A position on a page is not a customer. About two in three Google searches now end without a click, by SparkToro's count. The buyer read the answer instead. A report that counts clicks is counting the wrong thing.
The whole thing is one loop.
Listen, decide, write, approve, keep. Every stage is below in the order it runs, and the last one feeds the first.
Listen, 1 of 5
It listens in five places, not one.
The market you just watched is one source. The other four are your own: what Google already shows your site for, what visitors ask your assistant, what customers write, and what you know.
- What buyers search, measured: the universe above, rebuilt every week
- What Google already shows your site for, read from Search Console every week
- What visitors ask your assistant, clustered into the questions that keep coming up
- What customers write, kept in their exact words, and who they turn out to be: at most four named customers
- What you already know: prices, hours, what you sell, kept in your portal
The ideas queue
Decide, 2 of 5
Not every question earns a page.
Most do not. Each one is scored on measured demand, on whether it names something you sell, and on whether a page of yours can answer it at all.
- How many people ask it every month, measured before a word is written
- A rule you agree with us on what counts as your subject, so an off-subject question never gets a page
- Nothing you do not sell, and nothing a live page of yours already answers
- Questions ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answer with somebody else's name, found every month and put in the queue
- How far along the reader already is, so a page for a first-time asker is not written for someone ready to buy
- A map of which parts of your market you already cover, and which are gaps
Write, 3 of 5
Built on what already ranks, from facts only you have.
Before a word is written it reads the pages Google already ranks for the question, for what they cover and what they miss. Then it writes from your facts, and checks its own work.
- The top results read first: their sections, their length, and the questions people also ask
- Your facts from your own catalogue, as totals and ranges that stay true when one item sells
- Every figure from a verified, cited source, found fresh, or it is not used
- Links to at least two pages of your own, from the pages it was given and no others
- Opens with the answer, ends with the questions people ask, and never names a competitor
- Checked against every rule before you see it, and anything still short is flagged in your portal
The cover is picked for the topic, or is one you upload.

Approve, 4 of 5
Nothing goes live until you click approve.
The draft waits in your portal, in the same login as your leads. A wrong line is caught by the person who knows the business, before a customer reads it.
- You read it, change it, or send it back. Nothing is published on your behalf
- Anything legal, tax or medical is held until you clear it yourself, however long that takes
- Every hour, it picks up what you approved and publishes it
- Published to your own site, under your own domain

Keep, 5 of 5
Every page is watched after it goes live.
A page that slips is rewritten in place. Every month, the questions your buyers ask go to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and each answer is read for your name.
- Every day, a check that Google can still see every page you have
- Every week, pages losing clicks or slipping in position go back in the queue and are rewritten in place
- Pages just outside the first page, with real impressions, are refreshed first
- ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, each asked the same questions every month, and every answer read for your name
- Every enquiry carries the page it started on
The queue, the drafts, and what the engines said.
The questions waiting to be written, the pages waiting for you, and what the engines said on the first of the month, in the same portal as your leads.
Where it looks
Three engines, asked every month. Search Console, read every day.
Questions people ask before they buy SEO again
Will an AI ever name a business my size?
You will know either way, every month. The questions your buyers ask go to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity on the first, and you see which answers name you and which do not. Our own site is young and not yet in the answer for our category. We measure it the same way.
How long before anything shows?
The first check runs on the first of the month after you start, so you see where you stand before a single page has had time to work. After that you watch it move month by month in the portal, question by question.
What do you need from me?
Your facts: the questions customers ask you and the answers you give, which the pages are written from. Then a little time in the portal to read what is waiting and approve it, or not. That is it.
Do I have to write anything?
No. The pages are written for you, from measured questions and your own facts. You read them and you approve them. If a line is wrong, change it in the portal or tell us, and nothing goes live until you have.
What if it writes something wrong?
It does not go out. Every page waits for your approval, and anything touching legal, tax or medical questions is held until you clear it yourself. The person who knows the business reads it before a customer does.
What about the SEO people I already pay?
Keep them if their report shows enquiries. If it shows rankings and traffic, ask them where the customers are in it. The 20-minute check tells you whether you are in the answer today, and you can take that to whoever you like.
Which engines do you check?
ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, every month, with the same questions each time. Google itself is read through Search Console every day: which pages it can see, and which are earning impressions.
Start with the check.
Twenty minutes. We check whether you are in the answer today, on the call, while you watch.
