Who we are

Flowloops is run by Matthew Downie in Bali, Indonesia. For any question about your data, or to ask for a copy or a deletion, email hello@flowloops.xyz.

What we collect

• If you chat with Flo, our assistant: the messages you send, and any name, email address, phone number or website you choose to give. We use them to answer you and to follow up if you ask us to. If you give Flo a website address, it fetches that public page to look at it.
• If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call: what you send us, and the details of the booking.
• When you browse: the pages you visit and how you arrived, through the analytics below.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages bring people to Flowloops. It sets cookies. In the UK and the EU it sets none until you press Accept on the banner; elsewhere it runs unless you press Decline. It is never used for advertising. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

The chat keeps your conversation in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. Clearing this site's data removes it.

Who processes it for us

We do not sell your data. We use these providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and web analytics), Supabase (the database that stores chat conversations and enquiries), OpenRouter and its AI model providers (to write Flo's replies), Google (Analytics), Resend (to email us when you leave your details), Cal.com (bookings), and Kapso and Meta (if you message us on WhatsApp). Some of them process data outside Indonesia.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations and enquiries while they are useful for replying to you and working with you, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time with the button above. Email hello@flowloops.xyz and we will act on it.
